The Mortgage and Finance Association of Singapore (MFAS) seeks to provide the best possible service to its customers by providing the best possible service to its members and the mortgage industry.
The MFAS is an organization that promotes good ethics in the Mortgage industry in Singapore. We research current legislative changes and advise MFAS members and the mortgage industry. We also publicize your membership of or association with the MFAS and if you cease to be a member or an associate. We also conduct marketing activities and market research.
When we refer to personal information we mean information from which your identity is apparent. This information may include information or an opinion about you, from which your identity can reasonably be ascertained.
We collect and receive personal information from our members and associates or from other organizations in order to provide you with up to date information on current issues in the mortgage industry, including legislative changes. From time to time we may offer other products and services.

The types of organizations to which we are likely to disclose information about you include other organizations advising the mortgage industry, educational organizations, conference and seminar organizers, stationery printing houses, mail houses, accountants and lawyers. From time to time we may use your personal information to provide you with current information about mortgage loans, special offers you may find of interest, changes to our organization, or new products or services being offered by us or any company we are associated with, seminars, and conventions.
