Types of Membership

1. Full Members : either as individuals or corporations

   Individuals directly involved in mortgage loan writing must hold an accreditation. There are 4 types of accreditation criteria namely :

   • Accredited Mortgage Consultant (AMC)
   • Certified Mortgage Consultant (CMC)
   • Associate of the MFAS (AMFAS)
   • Fellow of the MFAS (FMFAS)

   Note : Currently, in Singapore, we are promoting the growth of AMCs; B), C) and D) will be promoted in phases.

2. Associate Membership - for companies providing products or services to the industry i.e. IT or Education
