About the MFAS
The Mortgage and Finance Association Singapore (MFAS) is the peak national body providing service and representation to hundreds of professional credit advisers (mortgage and finance consultants and brokers, mortgage managers, insurance companies, valuers, legal firms and aggregators) to assist them to develop, foster, and promote the mortgage and finance industry in Singapore.

Our Mission
The MFAS represents and lobbies for professional credit advisers, delivers services that support their career paths, and positions them as the professionals of choice in the mortgage and finance industry for both consumers and regulators.
We will achieve this by:
- Supporting and representing professional credit advisers
- Developing and delivering services that enhance the professional skills and careers of professional credit advisers
- Promoting the MFAS professional credit advisers to consumers
- Lobbying for the interests of professional credit advisers
- Facilitating stakeholder engagement
Management Team
Annie Lim – Director
Ms Lim is the founding Director since November 2007. She is currently the Executive Director and is appointed Chairman of the Board. On both a local and international front, Ms Lim also holds management advisory roles primarily in the mortgage finance and property industry.
Keng Leng Tay – Director
Mr Tay was appointed as Director since November 2013.
Mr Tay has substantial international experience as a senior executive in the insurance industry. He has served senior management roles with AIA in Singapore for operations, distribution, general management and finally as Advisor to the Company till 2012. He has previously served in Hong Kong as a regional Vice President for Asia.
Mr Tay is also a member of the Practising Management Certification Board of the Singapore Business Advisors and Consultants Council.
Wally Ripper – Board Adviser
Mr Ripper has international experience in the finance and insurance sector.
Having a strong information technology background coupled with a experience in intermediary distribution, Mr Ripper will be exploring new ways to help Accredited Mortgage Consultants (AMC’s) and consumers connect.
